The service is not an unrestricted or guaranteed shopping service. Availability, timing, property access, purchasing arrangements and the relationship to any requested private-chef service must be confirmed directly with Thomas.

Plan Your Request Before Arrival

Clients should provide:

• villa or accommodation

• arrival date and expected arrival time

• requested stocking date or window

• detailed item list

• preferred brands

• acceptable substitutions

• dietary restrictions

• allergies

• beverage requirements

• children’s items

• villa-access instructions

• property-management contact information where relevant

Advance information allows Thomas to assess whether the request can be supported.

Products, brands and substitutions depend on local availability. Dining by Design TCI does not guarantee every product, every brand, exact substitutions, a particular delivery or completion time, or unrestricted quantities. Where substitutions may be necessary, they must be discussed or handled according to the agreed arrangement.

Stocking may be requested alongside a private villa dinner, full-day service or multi-day private-chef arrangement. A chef booking does not automatically include stocking, and every stocking request does not require chef service. The final scope must be agreed directly.

Submitting the request does not confirm the service. Thomas must review the item list, villa access, timing, purchasing requirements and operational feasibility. Any applicable payment or purchasing arrangement is communicated and verified before confirmation.
